Nguyen Charlie

I lived in Itazuke AFB, Japan, when I was 5-7 years old.  This was at the height of the Vietnam War.  My parents would get Stars and Stripes, and a particular cartoon in it was called Nguyen Charlie, a series poking fun at military life (on both sides) in Vietnam during the war.  The artist was Corky Trinidad.   My mother clipped out quite a few of the clips since you could not find them anywhere else.  I have started to scan the collection and am sharing them here.

While in high school, I took a lot of pictures for the yearbook.
